Huh - really? I would like to see that study. As long as I take in all my calories from protein, I cannot get fat? So I can eat 15 chickens in one day and stay slim?

Protein is better ultilized by the body however, calories from protein not used are stored as fat. It is not crapped out as you say. What quick weight loss/magical study were you reading???? I ave a feeling this explains you current quandry.
