100c oil is not volatile. It's just a lower viscosity. Do you store your oil at absolute zero just to be safe? Paper self-ignites at 451f. What do think oil self-ignites at?
You want the oil to get into the tough parts of a chain? Thin it out then let it thicken up to real world temps. Done. Not unlike the old dip the chain in wax trick. Just without wax.
