Get rid of the bread products first, cut the beer in half and eat 5 pieces of fruit or handfuls of veggies a day. It works for me-WHEN I ACTUALLY GET SERIOUS ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS. Fortunately I'm getting pretty close to where I want to be. There is only one hole left in the belt. BREAD and chips and pop has held me hostage in the past. I have to push myself, but at 56 years old I don't have time to fool myself any more. Gotta stay healthy.
