As far as I can tell from riding the two, the RXS's are a better pedal in nearly every regard except that they're harder to clip into. But iClic's have a problem in their engagement about 10% of the time to where it only halfway engages the cleat, and you have to unclip and then re-enter. Not exactly something you want to do at a crit starting line...
LOL, well I don't know much about the iClic's other than that they're the latest popular pedal that people are using, so I don't know about that. If it's true, yeah, you "probably" wouldn't want to do that.
