it don't matter to much unless your performance riding, cannondales may have shorter seat tubes than they say. . I (6' 34.5inseam) can ride on 56-60 depending on the geometry and stems. From the looks of it, you have a normal torso so you should be fine with either 58 or 60. The right stem will help dial it all in.
