I very rarely get passed, but I've been passed the last two mornings by some really fast guys - both days I've been cruising along at 22-23 with a slight tailwind, and got passed like I was riding some heavy beach cruiser. Well, I got passed last week, too, but that doesn't really count - I gradually reeled in a well-kitted roadie, and once I passed him he must have decided that he didn't like getting passed by somebody with panniers, because he ramped up his pace by several mph and turned off the path shortly after. Maybe I'm reading too much into his reaction, but I choose to assume his thoughts were something that I find amusing.
