1. Have you measured the actual chainline? This is critical. Don't assume the 110mm SKF BB taper will fit precisely the same as another JIS BB. Tapers, though supposedly standard, do fit differently from brand to brand. Some go further in, some less.
2. What was the prior crankset used on this frame? Did it work ok?
3. Is your frame aligned properly? This cannot be assumed, it must be checked.
