They'll be a snug fit but they'll work.

The holes in the hub flange have to be big enough to handle the thickest part of the spoke. In most cases, that turns out to be the threaded end. That's because rolling the spoke threads actually increases the diameter. Triple butted spokes take advantage of that fact by making the elbow the same diameter as the rolled threads.
