Check the Sheldon Brown site for new posters on a stuck seat post, or google bikeforums. Lots of threads on that topic, and it really depends how stuck it really is. Ultimately, on one that is really terribly stuck, you will end up cutting it out. 95% of the time, that will not be necessary.
