Absolutely LOVE profile design now. I sent an email through their warranty question site around 4:00 today. I had a reply email by 7:00 saying that they'd be happy to send me a replacement armrest at no cost and wishing me well in my recovery. Just send my address and phone number and the part would be on its way.
