I use 700x25 conti gp 4 seasons on my road bike and I weigh a good ten pounds more than you.
I also run wider tires at 75-85 psi and don't experience any of the problems you seem worried about...are you sure your gauge is correct?
IMO, you should have no problem running those tires at 80-85psi.
