I'm 6'2" with a 35" inseam. I rode a 60cm for a long time, but after a period of adjusting my fit and trying different things, I'm on a 58cm now. I found that it was easy to get a good saddle position on either, and it was easy to set a good saddle-to-bar distance on either, but the 60cm set the head tube height a little too high - with no spacers I still didn't have the drop I needed.
I have the 58 set up with just a 5mm spacer and it works fine, and the tighter geometry of a smaller frame feels more responsive and quicker than the 60 did. For fast group rides, the 58 is great. If I were going on more relaxed long rides, I might build the 60 back up.
