This is an issue that should be fixed easily and cheaply by a shop, or with difficulty by text when we can't see or touch your bike. If you want to go with the latter way please read "New posters READ THIS" at the beginning of the Bike Mechanics forum (including my post near the end of the thread) then provide us with more information about your bike and the problem.
