It's not an indicator of his form...its an indicator of the track conditions and intestinal fortitude. How much are you willing to risk in the wet? On a completely dry track 10 minutes flat is probably mid pack. Wiggins just didn't take the corners as fast. Either way today meant very little for the GC.
