Had a great dinner tonight. It was pricey, but it was my first night out on the town. I had a good time with two good friends.
I do have a question though... I can't do the bartending gig yet because I can't afford to do the class for atleast a month (and I do want to do that). However this leads me to ask (along the lines of what fb was asking):
How do you meet people in a new city if you don't know anyone at all?

I used to meditate. I'd like to start doing it again. I need to do something to get me calm again when I can't ride/race. I'm just happy that I can commute by bike without too much pain. My insurance kicks in here in a few weeks, and I'll go to a doc for my knee and back then. I really don't want to get back surgery though, so we'll see what they suggest.
