EDIT - Found the bit about Phil Wood thread cutter for blanks at most bike shops. Hopefully our guy has one (Yea!! Murray, KY finally has a bike shop - odd that we didn't - 10k enrollment university, large cycling community, etc, but that's fixed now.).
