$300 wheelset is a waste of money as it won't be noticeably better than what you already have. A good $600 wheelset (none of your choices) can make a noticeable difference. But given what you likely paid for the bike and what it's worth, my opinion is that money would be better spent upgrading to a new bike rather than just getting new wheels.
