LOL, I have had chondromalacia for a long time. It just has never really caused any issues. Thanks for the idea though. You never know! I am going to really bump up this particular exercise you posted tonight!!!!!!!! I will let you know how it goes.

Great drawing by the way. Looks like the dog/cat thingy is going in for a sniff though!! LOL.
