Bikes: Lynskey R330 Ti, Dean El Vado Ti, Trek 4300

I watched a mechanic friend of mine do this on my bike. He used a hacksaw (taking care not to scratch the frame, of course). Then pressed in a new rivnut with the tool that does that. Pretty straightforward process.
