"I cant get the gears to work". Its amazing how many times that is written in an ad on ebay and CL.
Much of the time its a frozen cable that frees itself with a shot of WD-40.
Selling bikes on CL I've come to realize even a bicycle, with all its workings exposed, is still a complex machine to some.
Just cant imagine going thru life if a simple machine like a bike throws you for a loop.
