The Amish have community phones as well as in their workplaces. Just not in their homes. Too "worldly". Coolest,hardest working people I've ever dealt with. I'll try and catch a photo of one driving a forklift next time I run up to the cabin.

Litte known fact is that many of the RV's built in this country are built by the Amish/Mennonites. Go out around Elkhart IN and it's like the buggy capital of the wold.
