In that price range, or slightly higher, you can get Smith's (usually on sale, check all the bike catalogs), Bolle, Briko, and Tifosi. I haven't tried Performance brand before, but I'd be inclined to try all the others I listed first. My brother (a runner and cyclist) prefers the Smith's even to Oakleys (lens changeability and price were his top two concerns), while I prefer Oakley M Frames (lens changeability, coverage and optics were my main concerns, price didn't enter my mind until I paid ).
