That's the problem. They never call back. Then when I get this one on the line he always does the same thing - "hey can I call you back" then never does. don't mind mentioning too that this one reps a company that begins with a "Z" and ends in a "ipp". Un-professional and makes me look like an ass when for 6-7 months I haven't been able to give my customers a direct answer.
