Sales reps sometimes forget that a small company's money spends just like a big one's.
What I think hurt this one is that I didn't want to become one of their tiered distributors - which he gets measured on - because I have no interest in buying their pre-made wheels only parts which to them makes me more of a service only kind of dealer.....even if I do more than their tiered dealers. ....

Oh well.....EDGE returns my calls and their rims are much lighter....
