+1 Even though Soul is not liable under the warranty to replace, they just lost sales for a 5 dollar hub + shipping. Soul so much as acknowledged the use of sub-standard materials on this version. This is not standing behind your product.
I am currently looking at a replacement wheelset and this information is disturbing.
Sean...a BF discount on your wheelsets might swing my vote back over your way.
