For everyday? neither. Budget your one set whichever you prefer, then go onto ebay, and get some mavic cxp21s (older at least) or something else like that for $100 (you can afford it) and train on those. Training with a disk or other carbon rims is bad pretty much for two reasons:
Most importantly *wink wink* it just looks lame.
But really carbon is only so durable, and does not really work too well in a crash. and if 99% of the time on your bike is in training, then you have a 99% chance that if you crash, it will be in training. and if you crash in training, then you will be out $500-1000 on the wheel that broke, vs being out $50 for your impossibly bent rim.

Both options are good ideas, If you have plans to certainly race at Kona, then Jet 6 and 9 is just about as deep as you would ever want. If you are going to be racing where you live or on flat, little wind courses h3 front and disk rear, are about as fast as it gets (HED at least, personally i would lean toward zipps)
