I'm keeping my eyes open for a good deal on a beginner MTB, but in the interim I would like to get some extra tires for my Trek 7300 (700/35c) that would offer better grip on dirt trails, etc. I'm not planning on doing anything too technical, just want to follow some friends on easy to moderate trails.

Not sure what the maximum width the 7300 can accept.
