Put some beefy Specialized Purgatory tires on it to replace the hybrids it came with, as well as some of those Specialized Contour ergonomic grips. I might put a suspension fork on it one day, but for now I like the precise control I get from a rigid fork. Plus I don't feel like dishing out $200 for a fancy suspension for I'll just lock up most of the time anyway.
