I have a couple pair of the pre-heat moldable Shimano carbon high end shoes. They fit me like a glove - heel is totally locked in, and high volume fore foot. I've tried the new, heat moldable ones, and they seem to be quite large. I wish they would just have stuck to the old last. It worked very well for me.
