Wow, perhaps just a little bitter? I think it is FANTASTIC that Lance talks about it, he gives people HOPE. He is encouraging in so many different ways. He shows very publicly that sometimes it can be beat, but his foundation and campaign is obviously a tribute to the fact that unfortunately cancer wins way too often.

I am really glad you have managed to beat it twice, that is also fantastic, and I truly hope you don't have to step up to the battle again. My brother beat it once, but on the second battle he did not come out on top. My father didn't manage to beat it first time around.
