I've had excellent service from Bike Connection in Palo Alto (El Camino/Stanford intersection). On the web at

The store manager Mike is very competent, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
They deal with Giant, Scott, Felt, etc., and I'm sure they would be able to handle your tune up. Their head service person is Bob, also very competent and easy to work with.
