Hello, my mother has a trike with an electric motor to help her get up hills. It looks like there is something wrong with the power control system. My father thinks it is the twist grip on the handlebars. The trike is in the UK but was bought in the Netherlands.

Can anyone recommend a good online E-bike spares shop or a good E-bike specialist in the Midlands/North of England (between Carlisle and Birmingham)?
