This is true, all we have to do is to look at how many motorists drive while talking and/or texting on their cell phones to see that they place a low priority on driving.
Just yesterday, I watched a mother ,with her young son in the passenger seat, driving with a cell phone to her ear, looking down towards the dash (obviously concentrating on her phone call), and all the while, she was on and off the accelerator as she went down the street.
