It's not worth it anymore. I'll stick with group rides with the Road Nazis and TTs. Maybe the Spring Series just to get in shape. But this driving 120 miles round trip and getting up @ 3:45AM to wind up as pack fodder on a good day, can't handle it anymore. Stupid, stupid, stupid. I like the TTs, I love the Nyack Ride, like riding fast, want to stay in shape, but I don't do this to race, never did, even when I was a bit faster in my distant youth.

I can't stand group rides with Freds anyway. Too annoying. I really don't want to friggin chit chat, I just want to hammer on some fast wheels, and if I'm not hammering I want to ride alone. Try to tear my legs off or drop my ass, but for God's sake, don't effing talk to me when I'm riding my bicycle.
