I'm the same height as you, and been hovering just above 200 for a few years. Ideally I'd like to get to 180, but I'm not losing sleep over it as long as I'm in shape. I figure, since at one point I hit 225, I was inducted into the Clydesdale club, and it will take more than losing some weight to get me kicked out!
