Thanks for the quick replies. They did not measure my width for the saddle. I believe I just got the stock one that came with the bike. When I am able to get back on it, I may take it back to the LBS and re-check my fit / position. From what I remember they did set my height up and seat position with the methods you mentioned above. The road bike position and core strength may be an issue. I have increased my core strength over the past 1.5 years, but I may have to work on the lower back more. As for the stems, I get confused on how the heck they are measured. The bike currently has this : Bontrager Race Lite, 7 degree, 31.8mm
