I use Gatorade powder at about 80% of recommended concentration. I've tried others, and this seems to work about as good as anything else for me. Now that I'm on a diuretic, I use Hammer Endurlytes to keep the electrolytes up during rides > 30 miles. For extra energy prior to big hills, I use honey in 9-gram pouches about a half hour prior to the climb.
