Mostly road bikes I guess, some hybrids mixed in too. The open rides have slow paced groups too but I don't know if it's something I would want to do on a Sports. They do mountain bike rides too but I have never been on one. I like the Raleigh Sports, I have been trying to find one of the bigger sized ones. I have sold about 4 or 5 all because they were too small.
Oh I forgot to mention, you can go on a few rides with the bike club without being a member. They are really friendly about letting people test the waters.
no idea if what size mine is... i did raise the seat a bit but haven't tried it yet due to the fact that bike is in pieces at the moment waiting on parts
