WHy do you need a new spindle? That one looks pretty darn good to me. Are the races pitted? If not, and you just need to replace the cups and bearings, Niagara sells a cup and bearing set with lockring for like $7. If you need to juggle spindles for some reason (although if you're re-using the same crank, should not be necessary), drop me a PM and we'll spindle-talk.
Not really worried about the spindle, but I was thinking about getting a new sealed BB. I know it's far from necessary, it was just something I was thinking over. The spindle length question was part of a search for the correct BB size, so that my crank and chainstays will cooperate nicely.
