With the two brakes, though, I'm really not worried about a little chain slack. If you drop a chain, you put it back on... the world doesn't end. I'd only be concerned if it was brakeless.


By the way, how do you like your rocket ring? I've been using one on my 1x5 ever since I folded the shimano600 ring I had on there, and I haven't noticed the ovalization everyone complains about...
