I'm not sure about the stem, but it looks like it's a threaded stem, which sucks because those are the older style stem and fork. You could feel stretched out on the bike if you got the wrong size or just need a change in stem.

I'm sure the bike is pretty nice though. It's got full 105 (9 speed) and decent wheels.
