We know the problem. What was the solution? HEY! I'm got the same problem. I've got three different bikes and it happens to all of them. I need a wheel-tire-tube that will support 300 lbs and rough terrain. I don't care about bulk, weight, patchability or cost. I've looked at the blown out tubes and they look to me to be made out of thin, cheap, crappy rubber. No wonder they pop. Surely someone somewhere in the world makes a tube that is durable? No?
