This is true.
But it did get me thinking about a hypothetical....

If your legs are stronger than they were before, then your circuit seems easier to accomplish...
But by pushing this same circuit with now-stronger legs, could you have less heart rate, thus burning less calories?

or is a calorie per mi = calorie per mi (at same speed), no matter what the engine and pump?
Just wondering.
