That's quite a vocabulary! Had to look up the meaning of "facetiousness". It was understood that no one was trying to be offensive though. I tried to convey my own 'facetiousness' with the

HA! Never really thought of that before. I'm all for whitewater canoeing, but canoes are so much more expensive, & so much harder to roll (though easier to keep upright). Not to mention you need huge float bags for whitewater canoeing. Stillwater anything bores the crap out of me, unless I'm fishing & drinking. But I like to have a source of land & water adrenaline rushes.
