That's outrageous! The guy's helping out people who really need transportation, and you're advocate sending only the crap and keeping the good bikes for ourselves?! Buying bikes that were donated to a Charity would violate the good will of those who made the donations and the possibly Charter of the Charity and the ethics of those who collected them.
