The camera threads onto the mounting head the same way it does on a tripod. So it only takes a few seconds to actually unscrew the camera if you want to take it off of the bike and take a picture. I think I'm going to buy another one now that I have modified this one for the road bike. That way I'll have one for both bikes. Haven't tried a video yet, hmmm haven't even tried the video mode on the camera yet come to think of it. There is one really cool hill on the Gainesville Hawthorne trail that I might try that on tomorrow, if I make it to the trail. I used to upload videos to google and post links to them for things that I sold on ebay. I'll have to take a look at see what kind of size limits there are.

Well I got ready to go for my ride today at about 6pm or so, my usual time. And it really looked like it was going to start raining at some point during the ride. <sigh> So I didn't even take the camera with me after having it ready to go and mounted on the bike. That was a bit disappointing but I didn't want to get the camera all wet. As it turns out it never did rain, not even a sprinkle .... DOH!! Lots of thunder and dark clouds but no rain. OMG was it MUGGY though. The temp at the bank read 93 on my first pass & 91 on my second pass. I ended up riding 20.26 miles... So that put me at aprox 102 miles for the past 5 days.... First time in a LONG LONG time that i have ridden 100 miles in a week... let alone 5 days..... I was really tempted to stop at 17.5 ... for an even 100.... but I wanted to keep doing the 20 mile thing.... so I kept going... Glad I did.....

Tomorrow a friend that doesn't ride a whole lot wants to go on a ride with me.... Soooo not sure how long the ride will be.... and I know for sure it wont be at my normal pace (my normal pace is slow btw, but will be even slower tomorrow).... I never tell somebody no when they say they want to go for a ride with me.... If its not raining i'll set the camera up and take some pictures.
