so i got home from work today and since it was very hot out i decided to wait for it to get cooler. just my luck it started to rain about 15 min before i was ready to ride. i suited up and grabbed my beater bike for the wet weather ride. normally on rainy days i have a 3 mile route where i do laps through a residential area where there is very little / slow traffic because i dont want to get run over . sure enough as im making a easy right hand curve going about 18 mph i see a pickup truck about to come into the corner. at first it seemed normal , then it looked like he started to aim for me / going towards the apex of the corner way too fast . i guess he wasnt looking for a while because he hit the brakes and swerved pretty hard to his right. all i have to say is i almost pooped myself and can say i now have a healthy fear of motorists. not gonna lie that one scared me
