It wicked tough out there for us. Whether your out for a leisurely stroll on a cruiser or training hard for an upcoming race it's all the same...we really have to anticipate drivers not seeing us and even the occasional dick taking aim. I love living on Maui but I'm moving, it's way too dangerous here. I'm looking for a warm climate that is very bicycle friendly. I've been hit once and surgery is in a couple of weeks to repair a shoulder, crashed a few times to avoid being hit and had way to many close calls. It's not as much fun as it used to be. Stay alert!
