No guilt at all!! You will feel better, be more focused when you return to work and will be an even greater asset to your employer (at least that is how it works for me!). I'm fortunate that with this electonic age I can do that occassionally and catch up with work at night as well. I have a number of folks I manage and would certainly work with them on those types of activities.
