oooh. I know they did lifts etc. I think Tejano or someone told me. But do they do any specific exercises aimed at stegntehing knees? Or preparing them for the high gears? Or is their knee strength naturally developed as they continue to train?

90rpms. hmmmm. I should try to gear down a little more from 48/17 then and try to spin higher.

Dang. 90rpms. Ive heard of way higher spinn rpms (not to say that you cant do that), so im wondering.......

wow. Im eventually picking up a new back wheel anyway, so ill pick up a fixed/fixed and throw on two different cogs or something.

What kind of cadences do track racers spin at typically? Ive watched some of the videos on youtube of olympic and championship track racers, and they dont seem to be spinning unbelievably fast. Idk. Maybe im watching the wrong videos though. Its mostly been time trialists that Ive watched....a few Individual sprints though as well.
